In all intown is a quite place. The staff is very nice. The manager Chris is pretty cool he loves the kids,and the emotional support dogs that are on the property. Making this place feel a little like home 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Rooms are Nice and Clean, The place is very nice as well.. Also very quiet! The manager Chris is very nice and helpful, nice swimming pool as well.. very nice area, lots of places you can walk too. I'll rate this 10 stars if I could. My children and I feel very safe here, and I'm glad that we finally found the right place to be. Thank you to the manager Chris and the staff for being so friendly and helpful.. also very caring.
To be compilly honest, the hotel looks nice inside & out, but they're 2 bed efficiency suites are absolutely too small. There's not enough closet space, not enough counter space in the kitchen, especially with a kitchen table, also in the room.
Chris made sure our stay was excellent and kept his word. Can’t beat the prices. Great service!
The rooms are cleaned, Nice stove, and the manager Chris is very nice and helpful. The area is also nice... There's outlets near by, shopping area's, lots of restaurants near by. Ever since we've been here, we've been walking around almost every night visiting different places.. they also have a few anime stores near by where you can buy posters, rugs, mugs, Keychains, and a bunch of other stuff. The stores are LOADED here. 5615 InTown suites universal is a beautiful area, peaceful and very safe, they also have a pool, and an elevator. My Dad, my brother Reno and Me Leilani feel very safe here, and are very happy we finally found the right place to be. To the staff and especially to the manager Chris, Thank you so much for not treating us like nobody's... Thank you so much because you care about your guests.
If you’re planning to move to the Florida area & is still looking for a permanent residence & don’t have a temporary place to stay, Intown Suites on Major Blvd is a wonderful option. It has all the necessities right here in the heart of Orlando, great location 5mins away from Universal Studios & I drive area, really nice staff, Apartment style rooms, & weekly cleaning service what more to ask for!
The InTown Suite Major Blvd has been an absolute blessing to me and my family. We're going through a lot personally and we had to aquire a temporary alternative residence. For our unique situation the InTown Suites has been home away from home. The entire staff is awesome. The facilities are clean and modern. The prices are unbeatable with the location and the management. That alone is worth the stay. It has flexibility for a comfortable stay for a week for out of towners, or if you need to rent for 6months to get your life started on the right track without the stresses of credit checks and hefty deposits. The Office manager Chris has this place ran like a 5start resort. And to be honest my wife wants to keep our place here for a second getaway place away from the house when we want. Thank you InTown Suits for being so kind to us while we go through our family issues.
This was the best decision for me and my family. We became homeless and traveling from hotel to hotel with fluctuating prices and always having to pack up and wait till check-in and move everything back in. I love the convenience of not having to do that and pay my weekly fee and stay put. They do their best with the upkeep of the area. Pretty quiet and I feel safe. Very close to my job. I recommend this place. It's better then most of the hotels we been in.
